Soy bolognese noodles

Only 5 ingredients for the richest meal!.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams of thick SOJA MIX
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 5/6 crushed tomatoes
  • Spices to taste (salt, pepper, oregano, parsley)

PREPARATION

  1. Hydrate the soy with water and let it stand for 20 minutes if the water is cold, or 10 minutes if the water is hot.
  2. Chop and fry the onion and the bell pepper.
  3. Add the already hydrated and drained soy to the mixture.
  4. Add the 5 or 6 crushed tomatoes, and then add the grated carrot. Once it boils, the sauce will be ready.
  5. Add all the necessary spices such as salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, curcuma, etc. and poured the sauce over the noodles.
  6. Add the grated cheese, decorate with rosemary, and it will be ready!
