Soy and vegetable skewers

Ideal for tapas.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams of SOJAMIX
  • 3/4 of common flour or chickpea
  • 1 chopped garlic
  • 1 onion
  • Chicken broth
  • Grated bread or extra fine soy
  • Spices to taste: salt, black pepper, cumin, oregano

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, hydrate the soy with warm water and chicken broth for 30 minutes.
  2. Then, drain it and add pepper and salt upon taste, 100 grams of chickpea flour, basil, and previously chopped parsley and ciboulette.
  3. Process everything and let the mixture cool down for half an hour.
  4. Once the preparation is very cold, make strips with it and place a crochet stick in the middle.
  5. Wrap them with a film and send them back to the cold for 30 minutes.
  6. Dip each of the skewers in eggs, parsley, salt and pepper and batter them with ultra fine soys or batter.
  7. Finally, fry them or put them in the oven.
