Soy and spinach lasagna

The food that nobody resists…

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams of SOJAMIX
  • Lasagna sheets
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bound of spinach
  • 200 grams of crushed tomatoes
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • Grounded-black pepper, salt and garlic powder
  • 200 grams of ricotta

PREPARATION

  1. Hydrate the textured soy: a cup of soy in 2 cups of vegetable stock. While you let it rest, continue with the filling.
  2. Boil the spinach and mix the onion. When the spinach is drained, add the onion.
  3. Add ricotta to this mixture.
  4. Saute onion, bell pepper and carrot. Dry the soy if it contains broth excess and add it to the mixture.
  5. To this mixture, add the tomato sauce.
  6. Hydrate the lasagna sheets in hot water for 2 minutes (they do not have to break) and then place them in a previously oiled roasting pan.
  7. Add the filling: you can make a spinach layer and another of soy bolognese. Add some cream cheese cubes or slices on top.
  8. Repeat this procedure as many times as you want.
  9. Finally, place more cheese and cream. (You can also add Provencal to add garlic to enjoy more flavor.)
  10. 10.Bake for 20 minutes.
